Terms of Use and Membership Agreement
This text defines the usage rules of Kıvılcım and the core legal framework between the user and the service provider.
Service definition
Kıvılcım is a digital platform offering drawing, messaging, community interaction and related premium features.
The scope of the service may change, expand or narrow over time.
Age requirement
Kıvılcım is intended only for users aged 18 or older. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Users under 18 are not allowed to access the service because it includes location-based discovery, user-generated content, direct messaging, voice/video calls, and interaction with real people.
🛡️ Child Safety and Prohibited Behaviors
No content, behavior, message, image, link, or interaction related to the sexual abuse or exploitation of children is permitted on Kıvılcım.
Harassment, manipulation, grooming, sexual content, blackmail, threats, abuse, or any other behavior targeting children that endangers child safety is strictly prohibited.
When such behaviors are detected, the relevant content may be removed, the account may be suspended or permanently closed. When necessary, relevant information may be reported to the authorized authorities under applicable laws.
Prohibited behavior
Creating fake accounts, impersonating others or using misleading identity information.
Harassment, threats, insults, stalking, spam or repeated messages that disturb other users.
Publishing sexual content, violence, hate speech, fraud or other unlawful material.
Using bots, scripts, scraping, unauthorized data extraction or exploiting security issues to disrupt the system.
Forcing users toward unwanted platforms or distributing malicious links.
Account suspension
Accounts may be suspended temporarily or permanently in cases such as policy violations, security risk, official request or payment issues.
In severe violations, access may be terminated without prior notice.
User content
Users are responsible for all content they upload, share or send.
Kıvılcım may technically process that content in order to provide the service and perform moderation.
Limitation of liability and governing law
• The service is provided as is, without absolute guarantees of uninterrupted service, fitness for a specific purpose or error-free operation.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for indirect damages, data loss and loss of profit may be limited.
• Disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
