Community Guidelines

Because Kıvılcım includes social interaction, safety, respect and moderation rules are defined clearly.

Nudity, explicit sexual content or sexually exploitative material is not allowed.

Harassment, threats, coercion, stalking, doxxing and behavior that makes people feel unsafe are prohibited.

Fraud, phishing, money traps and manipulative commercial redirections are prohibited.

Inappropriate communication with minors, grooming and related behavior are treated as severe violations.

Hate speech, discrimination, glorification of violence and targeted attacks are removed.

Location-based harassment, following or pressure to meet physically is prohibited.

Spam, ads, chain messages, bot activity and repetitive promotion may be restricted.

Forcing users toward external platforms, private groups or off-platform payment flows is prohibited.

🛡️ Child Safety Standards

Kıvılcım prioritizes protecting the safety of children. The sexual abuse or exploitation of children, inappropriate content targeting children, grooming, manipulation, threats, blackmail, harassment, abuse, or any behavior endangaring child safety is strictly prohibited within the application.

Content, messages, profiles, anonymous notes, images, links, or behaviors related to child sexual abuse and exploitation are unacceptable on Kıvılcım.

Users can report to us using the in-app "Report / File Complaint" and "Block" features when they observe any suspicious, harmful, or community guidelines-violating situations in profiles, messages, anonymous notes, or other user interactions.

Received reports are reviewed. When necessary, the content is removed, the relevant user is warned, their account is suspended or permanently closed.

Kıvılcım takes necessary actions in accordance with applicable laws in the event of becoming aware of child sexual abuse material or content that threatens child safety. These actions may include content removal, account closure, and reporting to competent authorities when appropriate.

Users can submit complaints through in-app reporting tools or support channels.

Cases involving child safety, physical danger, threats and severe harassment are prioritized.

Review and enforcement

Reported content may be reviewed by human moderators and automated safety systems.

Violating content may be removed, visibility may be reduced or accounts may be suspended temporarily or permanently.
