Cancellation, plan changes, payment method updates and refund requests are handled under Apple's screens and policies.
🤖 Android
Android subscriptions are purchased and managed through Google Play.
Cancellation, renewal, plan updates and eligible refund requests are handled through Google Play help and subscription screens.
Short ruleset
• Kıvılcım does not directly guarantee refunds on behalf of the App Store or Google Play.
• Refund decisions follow the relevant store's policies and the user's local legal rights.
• When premium benefits end depends on the active period defined by the store.
